As you may be aware, jewelry undergoes normal wear and tear, therefore we offer warranties for upkeep/repair to ensure that your fine jewelry is well taken care of and stays in top shape just like the first day of your purchase. The premium 3-year plan coverage includes:

  Sidestone replacement for moissanite size up to 10 points (0.10carat)

• PRONGS, CHANNELS AND CROWNS

  Retip and/or replace worn or broken prongs that jeopardize the security of the stone(s).

  Rebuild and/or replace worn channels that jeopardize the security of the stone(s).

  Retip and/or replace crowns that jeopardize the security of the stone(s).

• STONE TIGHTENING

  Will tighten any setting were a stone may be loose.

• DEFECTIVE MOUNTINGS

  For a period of one year from the original date of merchandise purchase any jewelry mounting or setting that is defective in either workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced.
